The TLP2704 is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED optically coupled with an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. Housed in an SO6L package, it supports operating temperatures up to 125C and meets reinforced insulation class requirements. Its internal Faraday shield guarantees a common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s. The device is designed for isolation interface between Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) and control IC circuits in motor control applications, offering guaranteed propagation delay times and pulse width distortion.
