The Broadcom ACPL-P343 and ACPL-W343 are optocouplers designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. Featuring an integrated AlGaAs LED and a power output stage, these devices offer a high operating voltage range suitable for gate-controlled devices. They provide high peak output current and drive voltages required for IGBTs up to 1200V/200A, or can drive discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs.
