It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED illuminating two closely matched photodiodes, enabling precise monitoring and stabilization of LED output. This design virtually eliminates nonlinearity and drift, providing a stable and linear photodiode current. The HCNR200/201 offers excellent stability, linearity, and bandwidth, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including telecommunications, industrial process control, and SMPS feedback loops. Its flexible design allows for unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/non-inverting operation, offering a cost-effective solution for analog isolation challenges.
