LTV-357T Series Photocoupler

The LTV-357T series photocoupler offers high input-output isolation voltage (3,750Vrms) and a high collector-emitter voltage (35V) in a compact SOP-4 and mini-flat package with a 2.0mm profile. It features a current transfer ratio of MIN. 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V.
