The HCPL-3150 is a 1.0A output current gate drive optocoupler designed to drive most 800V/20A IGBT/MOSFETs. It features an AlGaAs infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a high-speed driver, enabling a push-pull MOSFET output stage.
