The NSi826x devices are high reliability six-channel digital isolators featuring safety certification by UL1577 with support for various insulation withstand voltages (3kV, 5kV). They offer high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The NSi826x devices support data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 200kV/us. They provide digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. The wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
