The CMT8100/CMT8101 series are highly reliable, bidirectional I2C isolators compatible with AEC-Q100 and UL1577 safety standards. They offer high dielectric withstand voltages (3.75 kVrms, 5 kVrms), low power consumption, high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity, and low radiation. With an I2C clock speed of up to 2 MHz and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 150 kV/us, these devices provide robust performance.
