The QXx213 series of devices are optically coupled devices consisting of a GaAs infrared emitting diode, a monolithic silicon zero cross photo triac, and a main output triac. They are designed to interface between electronic controls and loads, suitable for controlling inductive loads operating between 115 to 240 VAC. Key advantages include a peak breakdown voltage of 600V, multiple load current options (0.3A, 0.6A, 0.9A, 1.2A), high isolation voltage (VISO=5000 Vrms), and a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 85).
